Mr. Violette has worked in a variety of businesses since 1975 and founded several companies in the marketing, exhibit and signage industry. Mr. Violette works with FMS clients to support operational, strategic and management tools needed to help brands scale through franchising. His work revolves around sourcing products, services and solutions to assist in building stronger operating platforms to ultimately scale the business more efficiently and effectively. He has worked with FMS for several years and helped a wide range of franchise systems in all industry segments build stronger operating systems to franchise the business out to new markets more efficiently. He helped merge and develop all companies to a full line Exhibit, Signage and Broadcast design and fabrication company. As an Accomplished Sales Manager he has offered high performance leading development and implementation of superior sales strategy.
