Asked about his transition into the Denver market, Stan says, “This is a town with cold winters and hot summers, growing and maintaining grass takes work and many people just don’t care to spend what little free time they have dealing with a lawn. As far as Nashville, it can stay wet with shade and the amount of rainfall, so everybody sees a need for synthetic grass.”
